NCR Forms are an efficient way to provide multicolored copies of a single document with handwritten or typed information. Use them as order forms, packing lists, invoices, receipts, and more. Useful where quantities, check marks, or signatures will be added to the form by hand.

  • NCR Form 2 part (White, Canary)
  • NCR Form 3 part (White, Canary, Pink)
  • Glued on the short edge
  • Full and solid color backgrounds not recommended
  • Light ink coverage highly recommended
  • At least 0.25" of space on the glued edge (short edge) should be free of ink
